Professionally, I bring over 20 years of business experience leading strategic Human Resources functions in the Technology and Financial Services sectors, for both profit and not-for-profit organizations. Being in the business of people, I leverage individual and collective talents to realize innovative ideas and perspectives which optimize performance. It is with this outlook that I've designed and executed transformative programs in Analytics, DEI, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition which shaped culture and moved organizations forward in their mission and purpose. Evidence of the transformative nature of these programs is that they continue to serve as the foundation for which other programs are built.
